Some parts of GCSE Chemistry trip up almost everyone — moles and molar calculations, equilibrium, electrolysis, and rates of reaction come up again and again as the topics students dread most. Group sessions are built specifically around these sticking points, bringing together students who are wrestling with the same concept at the same time.

There's real value in not being the only one confused — hearing someone else ask the question you were too nervous to ask, or explain it back in their own words, often makes a concept click faster than another solo explanation would. Groups range in sizes but hopefully everyone still gets the information they need and their questions gets properly answered, just with the added benefit of learning alongside peers.
